Friendly staff made it worthwhile

During my stay, the staff was genuinely welcoming and helped me book amazing tours around the area. The pool often became a vibrant gathering spot for guests.

Unfortunately, the scooter rental service was unreliable, which caused some frustration. Plus, the cold showers didn't work very well, making it challenging to refresh after adventures.

The place was beautiful with a fantastic garden and a relaxing atmosphere. We loved how easy it was to use the luggage storage while we explored. The staff were friendly, especially with our two small kids, making our family stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there were earlier breakfast options for families on the go.

Just spent 5 nights at this gem. The staff felt like fam within days—shoutout to Alli in the kitchen, she rocks! Birthday vibes were strong with the cake chillin' in their fridge. The pool's super Instagrammable and warm, but the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times. Food's delish, too! Happy hour is lit!

Clean room, friendly staff, great food that impressed us, with easy access to trike rides and the main areas while still offering a quiet atmosphere.

I had a great stay in a Deluxe King Room where the friendly staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bar and pool area were perfect for unwinding and the complimentary shuttle service made getting around a breeze. However, check-out was a bit rushed, as I received a reminder just before the official time. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The single bed in the mixed dormitory room was comfortable, offering private space and a locker. A highlight was the delicious breakfast, particularly the fried oysters. The atmosphere was laid-back, with friendly staff who made me feel at home. However, the linens could use some updates, and the overall noise level from other guests was sometimes disruptive. While the WiFi worked well, it occasionally lagged during peak times.
